IWAS Junior Games
IWAS World Games programme is comprehensive and when linked to the IWAS Junior Games programme for the younger athletes, provides the ultimate multi-sport opportunity throughout an athlete’s career and sustains the objectives for ongoing growth and development. Sportsmen and women with a physical disability can thus compete in their chosen sport safe in the knowledge that the IWAS World Games is providing good standard competition, qualification/ranking opportunities, recognised by IPC and the sports. They can additionally enjoy the unique Games environment that provides a wider experience of team work and knowledge, tasting also the lows and highs of their team-mates in other sports and the challenges and disciplines that they must learn for future and ultimate objectives at the Paralympic Games.
